This is the first strip in a series that explores comics, television, and the imagination.Â
I must confess, the eighth panel might be a bit misleading. The racecar would have to be going about 300 mph for this to work out. That’s about the top speed of some “top fuel” drag racers, but the car I drew is more of a Formula 1 car. Can they go 300 mph? We can only hope.Â
Since this strip was published, I’ve heard from a lot of people who gave up their TV time in favor of creating comics. Yay! Have you made the switch? Do you now make comics instead of watching television? Let’s hear about it!
